To achieve this qualification, the candidate must complete 20 hours per week. Morning classes are at 9am and evening classes are held at 5pm
There are no minimum entry requirements for the General English course.
Students will be assessed on an on-going basis in all four skills to determine their progress and areas for improvement.

The General English courses at ACOAE is for everyone and focuses on the four skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing.
Students will take a wide variety of tasks to enhance these skills by using them in real life scenarios. Classes are best for those who want to improve confidence, accuracy and fluency in using English to effectively communicate in day-to-day situations, such as shopping, commuting, working, studying or travelling.
