This qualification reflects the role of workers who communicate verbally with others in negotiation, training and questioning. This also involves conveying work place procedures and work instructions to team
members and demonstrating individual responsibility for completing tasks and supporting team goals.

This qualification provides you with the skills to complete individual tasks to support team goals, resolve issues and conflicts with team members, suggest improvements to support the development of improved work practices and team effectiveness.

Course Information

Entry Requirements

Students must be 18 years of age or over. Students are also required to provide evidence demonstrating English Language competence by any of the following:

  • Completing our Language Literacy & Numeracy test;
  • Providing evidence of English
  • Language Skills test (IELTS 5 or above); Satisfactorily complete a pre training interview to determine academic suitability for the course.
